Add a teaspoon of water when frying minced beef. It will help pull the grease away from the meat while cooking.

Goodbye, soggy microwave pizza.

Do you have day-old bread, biscuits, pancakes etc that have been in the fridge? To freshen them, put them in the microwave with a cup of water while reheating them. The water will steam the freshness right back into them!

If you seal an envelope and then realise you forgot to include something inside, simply put the envelope in the freezer. After an hour, the envelope unseals easily without tearing.
